As heard yesterday via NPR, Detroit's Protomartyr have new music to share: "Blues Festival" is their contribution to an upcoming split 7" with R. Ring, due out from Hardly Art records on Tuesday, June 16th. The track is available to stream or purchase digitally today, and pre-orders for the physical 7" are available now through our webstore. "Blues Festival" was recorded late last year at Candyland studios in Cincinnati, and features back-up vocals by Kelley Deal (The Breeders, R. Ring).
Protomartyr and R. Ring will perform together at the Northside Tavern in Cincinnati on Tuesday, April 21st. See the tour page for a full list of upcoming Protomartyr tour dates, including their current run with The Gotobeds and summer festival dates.
